Devin and Andy were awesome. Great customer service and better pricing than the tire shop I used to go to. Super fast turnaround time as well. This will be my new tire shop from now on. 10/10 would recommend.

i've been a home mechanic for over 60 years repairing and maintaiining my own cars and trucks to save money. The one thing I can't do is tires, Glad I found this shop. Staff was extremely helpful and efficient and the shop is clean. Very happy with the prices they charged me for tire work...very fair. You need to try them out; you will be a very satisfied customer!! Ross

Easy to make an appointment online, very good prices, quick service. Manager was very friendly, apparently this is a newer location. If I need tires again in the future I would come back here.

I had a screw in my tire this morning and noticed it was slowly leaking air. I brought my vehicle to Discount Wheel & Tire on Queen Street because it was conveniently located, and I'm glad I did. The staff were friendly, helpful, and professional from the moment I arrived. They quickly assessed the problem and repaired my tire in a timely manner, allowing me to get back on the road and make it to work on time. A special thanks to Devin, the General Manager, who was extremely helpful, professional, and customer-focused throughout the entire process. It's great to find an auto care shop that provides both excellent service and genuine customer care. I highly recommend Discount Wheel & Tire on Queen Street for anyone needing tire service or auto care in Honolulu.

I was told by Lex Brodie i would wait up to 6 hours for a small tire leak. On my way there I saw Discount Wheel and Tire. They just opened Friday the 12th. It looked nice, new and so i pulled in. They Took my car immediately, escorting me to check it in. I had coffee at their a/c coffee and waiting room with big screen Tv. They notified me they found the leak and were repairing it. In about 20 minutes they said the car was ready. I asked for the bill and they said no charge on tire repair. I save 6 hours of my time and probably 100s of dollars if i just went a block further. Really guys, I am a business owner of 23 locations. These guys are the bomb. I attached a few pics i took while waiting. Go down the street, look around, i am sure you will do a u turn and find real customer service. I thanked them and left them 40.00 for lunch money, I will definitely be back as well as spread the word. Corner of Queen and Cook. Don't be dumb. Go there.
